Office Hours

We are open Monday - Friday at normal business hours.  We offer 24 hour on call availability for emergencies when the office is closed.

  

Appointments

Please call to schedule an appointment.  For same day care, we are available with 4 hour advance notification.

 

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you call to cancel and reschedule any appointment you cannot make at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Insurance and Payment Information

We currently are not accepting health insurance payments but soon to come. We do accept major credit cards and cash.  Our fees are based on the complexity of your love one’s illness and the services needed.
